Walk-in Interview for Zydus Lifesciences Ltd. Moraiya – Ahmedabad at Hyderabad | 23rd June 2024
We are recruiting for our Moraiya Ahmedabad Unit at Hyderabad

Qualification: B. Pharm/M. Pharm/BE/B. Tech/B.Sc./M.Sc./ ITI/Diploma

Production- OSD

• Officer / Associate Manager: Candidates having 3-8 years of experience in manufacturing of Tablet/ Capsule – Granulation, Compression, Coating, Inspection. Responsible to plan for the manufacturing of batches in coordination with PPMC. To monitor line clearance, cleaning of equipment, instrument, auxiliary items. To carry out qualification activities. To initiate QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation). To handle manpower and allocate daily activities.
• Plant Operator/ Technical Assistant: ITI / Diploma having 3 – 8 years of experience in operating machines like, Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA), Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor, Compression machines (Fette, Korsch), Coating machines (Glatt, ACG, Ganson), Encapsulation machines (Bochang, Changsung, KDE, GIC, Gamma ACG), Wurster Coater (ACG, Glatt, Anish), imprinting, Visual Inspection. Capsule filling (Adapta, MG2, ACG, ZRO) Perform line clearance, operation and cleaning of equipment / instrument / auxiliary items.

Packing

• Plant operator/Technical Assistant: Diploma with 3-12 years of experience in operating machines like CVC bulk packing, sachet packing, blister packing machines (BQS, ACG, PamPac), performing line clearance, operating and cleaning equipment / instrument / auxiliary items.

Warehouse

Officer / Sr. Executive: Officer / Executive – Dispensing: B.Sc. with 3 – 7 years of experience in handling warehouse activities like dispensing, raw material, Packaging material, Finish goods of Oral Solid dosage, online documentation and reconciliation of materials. Experience in handling physical stock verification & QMS documentation. Experience in SAP is preferable.

Technology Transfer

Industry Pharmaceuticals (Formulation Unit/Solid Orals/Tablet/Capsules/Topical)

Position – Executive /Sr. Executive

Qualification – B.Pharma/M.Pharma

Experience Required – Between 2-8 Years Of Experience

Must have worked in regulated plants having approvals of US FDA, MHRA. etc.
Hands-on experience in handling and implementing cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) practices and Good Documentation Practices
Job Description:
1. Responsible for Scale up, technology Transfer, exhibit batches for commercial products.
2. Site Transfer of approved products from one facility to another facility.
3. Evaluation and Selection of Optimal batch sizes for scaling up using scientific scale techniques as guidance based on manufacturing process and equipment capacities for Registration batches and Launch commercial production.
4. Preparation and review of Master batch documents, Validation protocols and reports related to submission batches & Process validation.
5. Coordination with Regulatory, Production, PPMC, QC, QA and other functions for Technology Transfer activities.
6. Revalidation, technical trouble shooting, batch size changes & Alternate vendor development.
