Job Description:

Production- OSD

• Plant Operator/ Technical Assistant: ITI / Diploma having 3 – 8 years of experience in operating machines like, Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA), Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor, Compression machines (Fette, Korsch), Coating machines (Glatt, ACG, Ganson), Encapsulation machines (Bochang, Changsung, KDE, GIC, Gamma ACG), Wurster Coater (ACG, Glatt, Anish), imprinting, Visual Inspection. Capsule filling (Adapta, MG2, ACG, ZRO) Perform line clearance, operation and cleaning of equipment / instrument / auxiliary items.

Packing:

• Plant Operator/Technical Assistant: ITI/Diploma with 3-12 years of experience in operating machines like CVC bulk packing, sachet packing, blister packing machines (BQS, ACG, PamPac), performing line clearance, operating and cleaning equipment / instrument / auxiliary items.

Engineering

• Executive/Sr. Executive: Process Equipment(Electrical/Instrumentation), BMS Engineer(Instrumentation)
• Plant Operator/Technical Assistant: Diploma / ITI with 3- 12 years of experience in plant maintenance, fitter, electrician, instrument mechanic, engineering stores and HVAC validation / chiller / BMS Operator. Candidates should have experience in preventive maintenance and breakdown in maintenance of OSD plant equipment, troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical problems and instrument and calibration of OSD plant equipment. They should have knowledge and experience in instruments – sensors, PLC, HML, SCADA, and experience in calibration activities.

Warehouse:

• Officer / Sr. Executive: Officer / Executive – Dispensing : B.Sc. with 3 – 7 years of experience in handling warehouse activities like dispensing, raw material, Packaging material, Finish goods of Oral Solid dosage, online documentation and reconciliation of materials. Experience in handling physical stock verification & QMS documentation. Experience in SAP is preferable.
• Technical Assistant / Operator : B.Sc with 2 to 5 years of experience in handling warehouse activities like dispensing, raw material, Packaging material, Finish goods of Oral Solid dosage, online documentation and reconciliation of materials.

Quality Assurance (IPQA)

• Officer to Assistant Manager: B. Pharm / M.Sc. / M. Pharm with 3-8 years of experience in IPQA and manufacturing / packing QMS related activities in oral solid dosage form (tablets / capsules / soft gelatin capsules / pellet Dosage form) manufacturing facilities.

• Position: Technical Assistant / Operator – Production
• Reports to: Section Incharge
• Qualification: B.Sc. / Diploma / ITI
• Experience: 2 to 7 years
• Description: B.sc / Diploma / ITI candidate having 2-7 years of experience in topical ointment / cream / liquid manufacturing area in a regulatory plant / online batch documentation with GMP/ Handling of different equipment’s / Cleaning of equipment & area as per SOP’s / clean and assemble the equipment parts as per SOP’s.

Department: Packing

• Position: Technical Assistant / Operator – Packing
• Reports to: Section Incharge
• Qualification: B.Sc / Diploma / ITI
• Experiences: 2 to 7 years
• Description: B.sc / Diploma / ITI candidate with 2-7 years of experience. Job requirement of online batch documentation/ handling of packing machine as per SOP’s / handling of weigher machine / handling of coding machine.
