Zydus Lifesciences is hiring! Attend our walk-in interview at Vaccine Technology Centre in Ahmedabad on 24th February from 10 am to 1 pm. We are seeking candidates with 1-5 years of experience in Quality Control and Microbiology. Join our team and contribute to the world of Biotech and Vaccine.

Quality Control / Microbiology

Designation: Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive

Qualification: B. Tech. (Biotechnology) / M. Sc. (Biotech / Lifesciences / Microbiology)

Experience: 1-5 years of experience in relevant field like Biotech / Vaccine

Required Profile

Analyst (Quality Control)

• Candidates must possess a strong understanding of conducting physio-chemical, biochemical, cell culture, and molecular biology assays. They should also be proficient in following SOPs and preparing documents in MS-Office. It is crucial to prioritize timely execution to ensure that the analysis is conducted in accordance with GMP and batch timelines.
• Moreover, candidates should be knowledgeable in performing routine sample and stability sample analysis daily and submitting reports promptly. They must also be capable of monitoring and operating equipment, facilities, and utilities to maintain GMP compliance.
• Additionally, candidates should be able to actively participate in and carry out validation/qualification activities in compliance with regulations. They should also be willing to work flexible shifts.

Microbiologist (Quality Control)

• Regular calibration and verification of laboratory instruments and equipment is conducted according to the predetermined schedule.
• Preparation of media and disinfectants, as well as the maintenance of relevant records, are carried out.
• Water and product samples are analyzed for MLT, BET, and Bioburden, as required.
• Micro laboratory and production areas are monitored for environmental conditions.
• Trends in water analysis and environmental monitoring results are prepared.
• Daily monitoring logs, instrument/equipment usage logs, and other records are maintained and monitored online.

Apprentices (QC / Micro)

B.Tech (Biotechnology) / M. Sc. (Biotech / Lifesciences / Microbiology) – Freshers from reputed Institute/ University with good academic records can apply.
