Inviting candidates for *USP and DSP Production & Instrumentation Engineer at Zydus Biologics (Zydus Biotech Park), Ahmedabad

Production (USP & DSP) 

Qualification: M.Sc. Biotech / B.Tech Biotech / M.Tech Biotech
Experience: 2 – 12 years
USP Production: Incumbent must have experience in handling of large-scale mammalian cell culture (SS bioreactor), media/feed preparation and its filtration. The job requires readiness of bioreactor and associated vessels (CIP, FIT, PHT, SIP), operation of bioreactor & associated vessels, readiness and operation of centrifuge, clarification of cells for manufacturing of monoclonal antibodies/ bio therapeutic protein.

DSP Production: Incumbent must have experience in downstream purification process for recombinant products, TFF system, chromatography system, virus filtration procedures and CIP/SIP of the equipment.

Instrumentation Engineer

Qualification: B. E/ B. Tech – Instrumentation
Experience: 2-5 years
Should be responsible for preventive maintenance of plant/process equipment, Calibrations, qualification of equipment & 21 CFR SCADA systems, instruments and utilities as per defined procedure. Hands on experience in troubleshooting in areas of SCADA, PLC & instruments. Responsible for QMS and GMP documentation like log books, records and status labels, preventive maintenance records, deviations, change control, CAPA etc.

For all above positions, candidates having exposure to regulatory requirement of documentation, cGMP/GLP and SAP is essential.
