Post Name: Deputy Manager – QC
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To perform and monitor lab experiments (Instrumentation and wet lab)
- To analyse the results and apply the calculations needed.
- Should source and develop methods for new projects.
- Should ensure accurate results and monitor results generated by the team, in case of errors should resolve with the team .
- Ensure compliance to cGMP/GLP guidelines and Quality Systems as per the laid down processes and International Regulatory requirements.
- Manage day to day activities of entire laboratory functioning.
- Provide key inputs with respect to laboratory instruments and processes.
- Provide key inputs in laboratory investigations.
- People Management and development , trainings to juniors and subordinates .
- Coordinate International Regulatory Audits for Quality Control.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 7-13 years hands -on experience in quality control instrumentation and wet lab.
- minimum 3 years experience as assistant manager.
- Should have very good working and trouble shooting knowledge for HPLC GC and all equipment in the lab
- Should have good communication skills to face audits also train team members
- M.Pharmacy /B.Pharmacy/ MSc chemistry
