Job Description :
1) Should be able handle line activities of Manufacturing of Injectable.
2) Should have basic idea on aseptic operations
3) Should have an idea on CIP & SIP
4) Control and adjust machine settings as needed to maintain desired line speed
5) Responsible for accurate production and packaging changeovers as per packaging schedule
6) Maintain a clean work area and clean equipment before and after shift.
7) Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure production equipment runs efficiently.
8) Remove damaged products or supplies, as needed.

Job Description
1) Oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System within the Injectable or Aseptic manufacturing facility. This includes ensuring that all processes, procedures, and documentation comply with relevant regulatory standards such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
2) Manage change controls, deviations, and incidents by collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring proper closure upon execution of CAPA.
3) Should take plant round for monitoring of entire production operations and confirm quality conformance to specifications.
4) Should check documents like equipment logbooks, temperature & humidity records .
5) Collect in-process and Finished sample as per Specifications and Protocol.
6) Supervision of RM/PM Sampling and dispensing procedure.
7) Machine Line clearance of Production Area.
