We are currently seeking an Executive / Sr. Executive for our Manufacturing Science and Technology (MS&T) team, specializing in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) and Injectable formulations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in technology transfer, process optimization, and scale-up activities.

Job Title: Executive / Sr. Executive – Manufacturing Science & Technology (OSD / Injectable)

Desired Profile for MS&T:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm) with a specialization in Pharmaceutics or Pharmaceutical Technology.

· 1 – 7 years of experience in technology transfer within the pharmaceutical industry.

· Prior experience in Injectable or OSD formulation and process optimization is essential.

· Proven track record in optimizing manufacturing processes and actively participating in scale-up and exhibit batches execution.

· Proficiency in preparing scale-up batch protocols and batch processing records.

· Ability to review and provide Critical Process Parameters (CPPs) and Critical Quality Attributes (CQA) as part of annual product reviews.

· Exposure to reviewing Tech transfer documents will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead technology transfer activities for OSD and Injectable formulations, ensuring seamless transition from development to commercial manufacturing.

· Optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

· Actively participate in scale-up and exhibit batches execution, monitoring process parameters and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

· Prepare comprehensive scale-up batch protocols and batch processing records, adhering to regulatory guidelines and quality standards.

· Review and analyze Critical Process Parameters (CPPs) and Critical Quality Attributes (CQA) to ensure product quality and compliance.

· Provide technical support and guidance to cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.

· Review and assess Tech transfer documents to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
