Job description:
- Technology transfer of new processes from R&D to kilo lab to Commercial scale (Production).
- Co-ordinate with R&D team for demo batches of new technology to understand process parameters.
- Process Mapping, evaluation, equipment freezing.
- Preparing of basic Engineering design package i.e. PFD, P&IDs Heat and material balances, Utility/ Process equipment & instrument datasheets, equipment sizing, line size calculations.
- Cost reduction, problem solving and troubleshooting.
- Handling Process optimization and Process calculations.
- Fitment of new products in existing manufacturing facilities and check suitability of equipment for pilot scale and production scale.
- Prepare weekly and monthly report for status of activities undertaken progress & issues and action plan.
- Improvement in solvent recoveries by study of distillation efficiency.
- Compliance of current good manufacturing practices guidelines and safety parameters.
