Role & responsibilities
1. Responsible for new products process development, technology transfer and their successful execution in production scale.
2. Responsible for concluding experimental data in Laboratory Note Books to assure compliance of Good Laboratory Practice.
3. Responsible for providing proper online training on GLP, process development, analytical knowledge, documentation and their storage etc. to R&D Scientists with day to day interaction.
4. Responsible to ensure safety and healthy environment in the R&D.
5. Responsible for preparation of all process development related documents.
6. Responsible for specification fixations for raw materials, intermediates, in-process controls and Active pharmaceutical ingredients with the co-ordination of AR&D and DQA.
7. Responsible for all instruments calibration and their maintenance related to R&D.
8. Responsible for all newly developed manufacturing procedures transfer to Production department of concerned Manufacturing sites.
9. Responsible for all R&D documents storage.
10. Responsible for preparation and structure confirmation of all products impurity standards and reference standards.
