CQA – Reviewer – Senior Executive

Department: Corporate Quality Assurance
Role: Reviewer – Sr. Executive
Experience: 4 – 8 yrs. of relevant experience

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible to review of specifications and Method of Analysis (MOA).and approval of LIMS qualification documents , review and approval of laboratory activities through LIMS,& Central Analytical Laboratory activities.
• Responsible to ensure handling of Lab events, Change controls, Incidents, Deviations, OOS, OOT, OOC and repeat analysis in Central Analytical laboratory. & ensure the of compliance for the observations in the Central Analytical Laboratory. & Review and Approval of the SOPs, Specifications and Method of Analysis for Central Analytical laboratory.
• Must have Knowledge on HPLC,GC techniques & Analytical Method validations documentation reviews
• This Role requires to works in Rotational Shifts(A,B&C)

Walk-In Drive For Technical Service Department(TSD)- MSN Laboratories, Pashamylaram, R&D center on Thursday to Saturday 02-01-2025 to 04-01-2025.

Qualification: B.Tech Chemical Engineering
Designation : Executive/Sr Executive
Work Location: MSN R&D Center, Pashamylaram, Hyderabad
Role & responsibilities

• Knowledge of process engineering activities from lab development to commercial execution.
• Process engineering calculations for scale up.
• Preparation of technology transfer documentation like PFD, P&ID, and equipment suitability.
• Supporting research team in generating safety data
• Knowledge of HAZOP/HIRA
• Conducting simulation experiments in lab
• Batch monitoring during manufacturing to ensure smooth scale up
• Preparation of campaign reports after the completion of the project for knowledge transfer.

Production (API)

Experience: 0 – 5 yrs. of relevant experience
Work Location: Hyderabad (Rudraram)
Role & responsibilities

• Handling of Reactors like SSR and GLR,AGR .
• Handling of Centrifuges with bag lifting and bottom unloading.
• Handling of Driers like TRAY DRYER, VTD, RCVD etc.
• Clean room powder processing equipment Miller, Sifter, Micronizer, Blender etc.
• Handling of Isolators and column distillations and High vacuum distillations etc.
• Handling of materials during batch process as per BPR and maintaining the
  documents online.
• Maintaining the good housekeeping in working area.
• Supervising & checking of Batch process and equipment operation etc.

Preferred candidate profile
Candidate must have experience in API industry & Male candidates are preferable due rotational working shifts.
