Education Qualification :
MBA (Marketing) – Full Time from reputed B School
Experience Range: 15 – 20 years of relevant API Sales expereince with atleast 3 years as Global Sales Head roles
Location: Delhi NCR
Job Context: To be responsible for generating sales revenue and managing clients and developing Market and BD activities.
Challenges: To ensure profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution and management of a supportive team. 1).Regional Sales Team Management :
- Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region.
- Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate set goals
2).Achievement of Annual Revenue :
- Adopting the correct market entry strategies and aligning organizational resources accordingly.
- Effective Execution of assigned region.
- Implement pricing and market strategy
3).Increase Market Share :
- Increase market share of existing products and qualify as source with potential customers for existing and new products
4). Business Forecast :
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals.
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long term and short term
External Interfaces :
- Clients, Third Party Manufacturers
Internal Interfaces :
- Sales Team, Production
- Clients, Distributors, Third Party Manufacturers
Functional Skills : Expert
- In depth knowledge of generic business
- Receivable management and the impact of it on the budgeted numbers
- Interface with decision makers within the generic industry and and the impact of it on the industry
