We are hiring for following positions

Officer – Warehouse

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Sc. Chemistry/ B Com with 1 to 5 year’s experience with API Pharma Warehouse department only.

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure the Receipt of the raw/packing materials, consumables. Receipts issues discuss with CFT’s and complete the GRN’s with in the timelines.
• Co-ordinate with Production blocks and plan the dispensing activities as per the production plan.
• Monitoring of the retest and expiry materials.
• Material segregation as per the procedure, Compatibility and storage condition.
• Ensure the area cleanings, weighing balance calibrations, Temperature records updation, Rack location updation, Dedicated Hose pipes cleaning status label updation.
• Dispensing shall be performed against the process order /reservation within the timeline with coordinate with production blocks.
• Underground solvent status boards updating on daily basis.
• Solvent and liquids reconciliation.
• Solvent sheds/Underground solvent storage tanks/ cold rooms maintenance as per the procedure.
