Experience: 6 to 8 years of experience in API R&D
Job Description:
1. Develop Methods for Isolation of known /unknown impurities using various techniques like Flash Chromatography, Preparative HPLC, Crystallization, column chromatography.
2. Process Development for Purification of API molecules, Peptides etc by Preparative HPLC, SFC, Flash Chromatography.
3. Knowledge of spectroscopic analysis and Characterization of impurity standards by NMR, Mass and IR spectroscopy analysis
4. Qualification and Requalification of Impurity standards using HPLC, UPLC, GC chromatography, TGA etc.
5. Preparation of Certificate of Analysis for Impurity reference standards.
6. Calibration of HPLC, UPLC, Preparative HPLC, Analytical Balance.
7. Maintain stock and Dispatch record of Impurity Standards
8. Proper Documentation of Performed activity
