Job description:

What will you do?

• Carry out the data upload necessary for the migration of over 10,000 trade instruments into the Trade360 system.
• Deliver comprehensive services across all facets of the Trade Finance operational workflow, which includes the processing of Letters of Credit, Guarantees, and
• Documentary Collections, while ensuring that service delivery standards are consistently met or surpassed.
• Monitor service deficiencies and client-impacting errors, conducting root cause analyses as needed to address these issues, enhance service quality, and optimize operational efficiency.

Must have:

• Experience in handling trade documentation, including contracts, invoices, and bills of lading, is essential. It is necessary to conduct KYC name screening to ascertain the standing of our clients. They must not be listed on any compliance lists or have relationships with sanctioned countries. Familiarity with a documentation tool that provides a comprehensive overview upon uploading trade documents is required, as this will enable the bank to proceed with necessary formalities. A solid understanding of ICC rules, including UCP 600, ISP 98, URDG 758, and ISBP, is expected. Candidates should possess strong organizational and decision-making abilities, along with technical skills and proficiency in system documentation. Effective communication skills are also important.
• Recent Graduates with a B.Com or MBA are encouraged to apply. Flexibility to work night shifts and in-office is required.
