Job description:

• Comprehension of the Account Payable, Account Receivable, and Record to Report Process is essential.
• Comprehension of fundamental accounting principles and Journal Entries is necessary.
  The individual should be accountable for accurately and promptly categorizing ledgers, processing orders, handling claims, and providing necessary reports on planned and executed actions.
• Working in the cash application field involves correctly allocating cash received from relevant bank accounts to the appropriate customers or suspense accounts. It is crucial to ensure that all cash postings match the bank deposits and that they align with the instructions received in the bank statement or any other payment instructions.
• Active participation in cross-training with the respective backup is expected.
• Proficiency in typing and data analysis is required.
