1.Conduct experiments, writing laboratory notebooks.
2. Process optimization and preparation of project related impurities.
3. Optimization of the process and development of plant suitable process.
4. Process optimization, Validation and transfer the technology to plant.
5. Scale up the material and validate the process.
6. Writing Validation BPRs and SERs for impurities.
7. Execution of projects on or before timelines.
