Biological E. Limited (BE) was established during the ‘Swadeshi Movement’ in India, with the aim of providing critical healthcare products to the nation. Dr. DVK Raju founded and led the company, which began its operations in 1953 as a manufacturer of liver extracts and anti-coagulants. In 1962, Biological E. Limited expanded its focus from disease treatment to disease prevention by launching its Biotechnology Division (now Vaccines and Biologics Division) and initiating large-scale production of DPT vaccines. Over time, Biological E. Limited has undergone organizational changes and currently operates three strategic business units: Branded Formulations, Speciality Generic Injectables, and Vaccines & Biologics.

Primary Job Role:

• Proficiency in managing shift schedules for task completion.
• Operating and overseeing machinery such as Vial washing, Tunnel Sterilizer, Filling, and Capping. Reviewing and preparing SMF, MFR, BPR, SOPs, Validation/Qualification Protocols.
• Carrying out production batches in the Downstream/Upstream.
• Emphasizing on punctual completion to guarantee adherence to GMP and batch schedules.
• Executing scheduled downstream tasks to ensure a high level of certainty that the product meets its intended specifications.

Desired Skills:

• Able to work flexible shifts (A, B & C).
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and Aseptic procedures for operating Filling equipment.
• Willing to join immediately.
