Operator’s and Executives – Production
Experience: 2 to 7 Years of relevant experience
Work Location: Hyderabad
Qualification: ITI/ Diploma / B Tech (Mech, ECE, EEE)/ Graduation/ Post Graduation

Job Responsibilities
Formulation and Preparation
- Implement the preparation of formulations in accordance with established recipes and batch records.
- Accurately measure and combine ingredients to comply with quality standards.
- Monitor essential process parameters, including temperature, pressure, and mixing speeds.
Autoclaving Operations
- Operate and oversee autoclaves for the sterilization of equipment, materials, and products.
- Ensure the correct loading and unloading of materials within the autoclaves.
- Maintain autoclave logs and verify cycle parameters to fulfill sterilization criteria.
Filling Operations
- Operate and maintain filling machinery for liquids, powders, or other formulations.
- Ensure precise filling of products into containers, adhering to specified quantities.
- Perform routine inspections for leaks, spills, or defects during the filling process.
Vial Washing
- Operate automated or semi-automated vial washing machines.
- Conduct inspections to confirm that vials are free from particulate matter and meet cleanliness standards.
- Document washing procedures and carry out regular cleaning of equipment.
Sealing and Capping
- Operate and monitor vial sealing and capping machinery to ensure proper closure.
- Perform in-process checks to verify the integrity of sealing and capping.
- Address minor issues with sealing and capping machines to reduce downtime.
Compliance and Documentation
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety protocols.
- Accurately and promptly complete batch production records, equipment logs, and other necessary documentation.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing required production documentation.
Equipment Maintenance
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned, maintained, and prepared for use in accordance with SOPs.
- Conduct minor preventive maintenance and support the maintenance team in troubleshooting issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the production area.
Production Bioprocess Executive

Upstream Process
- Oversee the preparation and sterilization of media and buffers essential for bacterial and viral cultures.
- Manage the operation of bioreactors and fermenters to facilitate bacterial and viral growth, ensuring that optimal conditions such as temperature, pH, and oxygen levels are maintained.
- Continuously monitor and regulate critical parameters throughout the cell culture or fermentation processes.
- Conduct sampling, testing, and troubleshooting activities during the upstream phase.
- Document and analyze process data to enhance yield and operational efficiency.
Downstream Process
- Implement recovery and purification techniques, which include centrifugation, filtration, chromatography, and ultrafiltration/diafiltration.
- Manage the clarification, concentration, and formulation of both intermediate and final vaccine products.
- Conduct in-process quality control testing during downstream operations.
- Refine process parameters to attain the desired purity and potency of vaccines.
Compliance and Documentation
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and biosafety regulations throughout all production activities.
- Compile and maintain comprehensive production records, batch records, and equipment logbooks.
- Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and evidence to demonstrate regulatory compliance.
Equipment Operation and Maintenance
- Operate and maintain production equipment, including bioreactors, centrifuges, filtration units, and chromatography systems.
- Ensure that equipment is properly cleaned, sterilized, and calibrated in accordance with SOPs.
- Address minor technical issues and collaborate with the maintenance team for necessary repairs.

Job Responsibilities
1. Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on equipment utilized in vaccine production, including fermenters, bioreactors, autoclaves, vial filling lines, and utility systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and rectify equipment malfunctions to reduce operational downtime.
2. Process Optimization:
- Engage with production teams to improve equipment functionality and enhance process efficiency.
- Propose and implement engineering modifications aimed at increasing operational reliability.
3. Calibration and Validation:
- Perform regular calibration and validation of essential equipment to adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards.
- Ensure that all instruments meet the required precision and accuracy specifications.
4. Documentation and Compliance:
- Keep comprehensive records of maintenance activities, equipment logs, and calibration timelines.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, environmental regulations, and compliance with regulatory bodies (FDA, WHO, etc.).
5. Support for New Installations:
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and qualification of new machinery and equipment.
- Provide engineering support for the upgrades and expansions of current facilities.
6. Utility Management:
- Supervise and maintain essential utilities, including HVAC, water systems (WFI, RO), steam systems, and compressed air systems critical for vaccine production.
7. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Production, and Validation, to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Deliver training to production and maintenance personnel on equipment operation and safety procedures.
8. Instrumentation Maintenance and Calibration:
- Conduct regular maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of instruments used in vaccine manufacturing, such as pressure sensors, flow meters, pH probes, temperature sensors, and data loggers.
- Ensure that instruments comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
9. Automation Systems Management:
- Manage, operate, and monitor automation systems essential for the production process.
