🎯 Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Execute chemical reactions on mg to gm scale for custom molecule synthesis.
- Purify and characterize compounds using techniques like NMR, LCMS, and HPLC.
- Perform solid-phase and solution-phase peptide synthesis.
- Handle diverse resins for peptide modification (cyclization, disulfide bridge formation, etc.).
- Operate automated peptide synthesizers and perform peptide purification.
- Document processes in Electronic Lab Notebooks.
