Quality Assurance Executive

Qualification: M.Pharma in Any Specialization, MS/M.Sc(Science) in Any Specialization

Experience: 5 – 7 years

Job Location: Hyderabad,Telangana (Shapur Nagar)

Job description

• Candidate must have exposure of handling USP pharmacopoeia surveillance and regulatory guidelines.
• Knowledge in ICH/USP/PICS Guidelines.
• Ensure and tracking of FDA 483s and warning letters in regular manner.
• Knowledge and experience of change management system.
• Knowledge and experience of Vendor Management.
• Review of analytical documents, Specifications and analytical monographs, test reports etc.
• Candidate must have exposure of handling QMS elements (Quality Metrics), CAPA, Deviation, OOS, OOT, market complaints & investigation report preparations regarding the same.
• Review of analytical documents, Specifications and analytical monographs, test reports etc.
• Knowledge and experience of APQR, CPV, training, investigation, change control, CAPA.
• Preparation, review, implementation and revision of SOPs.
• Review of Batch Manufacturing Records and Batch Packaging Records.
• Responsible for review of Exhibit Batch Records and Process Validation Batches.
