Role: Pharmacy Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Leadership
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Train, mentor, and manage the pharmacy staff.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Customer Service Excellence
• Deliver professional and courteous service to all customers.
• Address customer concerns promptly and educate them about medication use.
• Inventory Management
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to replenish inventory.
• Minimize waste by managing expiration dates effectively.
• Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate prescription and inventory records.
• Financial Performance
• Assist in managing sales, expenses, and profitability metrics.
• Analyze financial data and implement strategies to enhance performance.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field (preferred).
• Experience: 5-9 years in retail pharmacy operations.
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of drug usage and adverse effects (preferred).
• Salary Range: ₹2.25-3.5 LPA

Role: Pharmacists

Job Responsibilities:

• Knowledge about medicines
• Reading prescriptions
• Be able to suggest medicines for basic ailments
• Suggest alternate medicines if one brand is not available
• Basic Computer knowledge
• Manage invoicing and billing

Qualification: D. PHARM / B.PHARM / M.PHARM. with TS-PCI

Experience: Freshers / Relevant Pharmacy retail experience

Skills Required: Knowledge of medicines (drugs), commitment to serve the community & good interpersonal skills.
