B.Tech/ M.Tech/ M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, Bioprocess Engineering, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.

We are looking for candidates with 2-10 years of MSAT/R&D/Manufacturing experience

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Experience in process development or manufacturing of Biosimilars/Biologics/Enzymes/Probiotics
2. Understanding of Downstream process development (Microbial/Mammalian) and key concepts of Scale-up and scale-down studies
3. Tech Transfer experience in a cGMP-regulated environment and /or large-scale bioprocessing laboratory.
4. Assist with GMP campaign summary reports and review manufacturing documents (Critical change controls, deviation reports, etc.).
5. Work with manufacturing (MFG), Quality assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and other departments on technology transfer activities.
6. Support troubleshooting and deviation at the manufacturing scale. Perform scale-down experiments to support manufacturing deviation and appropriate CAPA.
7. Ability to work under minimal supervision and operate within a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Able to perform the tasks assigned individually and in groups.
8. Ability to lead a small group of scientists and manage the tasks and deliverables. Present the tasks/research in a large forum. Manage the timeline and cost of the program.
Key requirements:
1. Operation of Chromatography systems( Bio-Rad and Cytiva)
2. Handling of Microfiltration (MF) and Ultrafiltration (UF)
3. Understanding and adhering to quality systems(e.g ALCOA+), Good Documentation Practice
4. Data analytics using statistical software e.g. Minitab/SIMCA preferred
5. Understanding of DoE and statistical tools
