Quality Assurance IPQA – Environmental Monitoring (Injectable/Parenteral Unit)

Designation: Officer/ Sr. Officer / Executive
Qualification: B.Sc. (Micro) / M. Sc (Micro) / B. Tech. (Biotech.) / M. Tech (Biotech)/ B.Pharma/ M.Pharma
Experience: 0 to 06 years in injectable/ sterile manufacturing plant. (Freshers microbiologist can apply)

Job Description:

1. Monitoring the environment in the manufacturing clean room area.
2. Monitoring for non-viable particles in the manufacturing clean room area.
3. Monitoring compressed air/nitrogen gas and personnel.
4. Keeping records of items/media used for environmental monitoring, such as plates and swabs.
5. Conducting line clearance activities before starting various operations like dispensing, manufacturing, filling, inspection, sealing, labeling, and packing.
6. Performing process validation, cleaning validation/verification, hold time studies, media fills, and routine batch sampling according to protocol/SOP.

Project & Engineering (Injectable/Parenteral Unit)

Designation: Technician / Officer/ Executive – (Plant Maintenance & Utility)
Qualification: ITI (Electrician / Fitter )/ Diploma/ B.E. / B.Tech
Experience: 2 to 07 years (Only Male candidates required)
Shift Type: Rotational Shift timing

Job Description:

1. Proficient in conducting preventive and corrective maintenance for various machines including vial washing, tunnel, filling, capping, Lyo, and Autoclave equipment.
2. Machine maintenance experience with Groninger/Optima filling machines, Dyno Truking filling and sealing machines, Bosch filling machines, and Fedegree steam sterilizers.
3. Specialized in maintenance of Vial Sealing Machines such as Groninger/Optima models.
4. Skilled in Manufacturing Skid CIP & SIP operations, Skid Operating Activity & maintenance.
5. Capable of handling Electrical & Utility Equipment operations and breakdown maintenance for HVAC, RO water plants, and chillers.
6. Familiar with GMP operations and documentation requirements.
   Proficient in operating computer systems with expertise in MS Office, MS Word, and other software applications.
