Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of chemical engineering principles applied to pharmaceutical industry practices.
- 1-6 years of experience in API production or related field (B.Sc. Chemistry / B.Tech/B.E. Chemical).
- Proficiency in operating various types of reactors (e.g., glass lined reactors), centrifuges (e.g., decanter centrifuges), GLRs (glass lined reactors), DCS systems (distributed control system), GMP equipment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate reactors, centrifuges, GLRs, DCS systems, GMP equipment during API production.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards in API manufacturing.
- Perform solvent recovery processes to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor and control hydrogenation reactions to produce high-quality APIs.
- Maintain accurate records of production batches, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
